Jackie Kluver

Jacqueline Kluver is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Omaha where she resides. Jackie reached a pinnacle in her artistic career when she began experimenting with a variety of fabrics in 2 and 3 dimensional forms. Using acrylic additives along with an intuitive method of tearing, twisting and stretching, she created abstract "strokes". She discovered the pattern, repetition and grid structure of the weave produced a sense of stability and order to chaos. The architectural grid allows her to create order within the image and a stable structure to stage a number of independent dramas or pixels, creating a unique mosaic like art form.
