Amy Arntson

Amy Arntson is a phenomenon who captures the essence of bodies of water through her watercolor images.   Her works are photographic-like as she portrays a ripple, a wave, or light refraction upon the water’s edge.  Her works are composed from direct observation. Arntson is a recently retired Professor Emeritus from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. Arntson has presented talks about her work at international conferences in Sweden, Peru, Spain, Costa Rica, China and England in addition to regional and national venues.
